This unique puppy class expands on socialization that is vital to a well-behaved dog by teaching a solid foundation to build on while having fun at the same time. 

 

This includes important cues/commands such as:

·        come when called / name response and focus
·        shaping sit and down
·        loose leash walking

Each Class addresses specific issues tailored to the dogs and owners at hand including but not limited to problem barking, digging, potty training, nippining/biting, chewing, and jumping up and how to properly meet and greet other dogs. This class will also offer ways to help your dog be better behaved at the vet or groomer. This class also incorporated clicker training

 

A great class for adolescent dogs that reinforce some of the basic socialization skills which are included n Progressive Puppy but designed for a more adult minded dog. Problem solving lectures and direction for unruly behavior are included.

 

Obedience skills taught include:

·        come when called / recall
·        stay/release
·        food luring
·        sit and down
·        leave it
·        focus skills
·        accepting strangers
 
This class will also offer ways to help your dog be better behaved at the vet or groomer. This class also incorporated clicker training

In this class you will find ways to reinforce specific cues that you want your dog to understand. The curriculum is more tailored to your specific needs with fewer problem solving lectures.
We will refine several crucial components that are important for you and your dogs safety and well being including:

·        Focus
·        Sit/down
·        Stay
·        Come when called/recall
·        Loose leash walking
·        Leave it
·        Targeting
·        Heeling or walking close to you

 

There's really very little we can't help with in this one on one class. If all you want is our undivided attention for your puppy to become more obedient, you got it! If you want to curtail a difficult problem that is more complicated than sit or lay down, you got it! We can work on reactivity to other dogs, coping with the environment, calming and relaxation, shyness and distance work with or without distractions.

Not only will your dog playtime but also daily progress reports at your request and a short session to go over what was trained.
